Young Arts Arizona Exhibition Dates October 1, 2007 – December 31, 2007

Young Arts Arizona proudly presents a variety of artwork created by students of Phoenix Preparatory Academy.

A Beloved Community on long-term loan from the Tempe Historical Museum.

A text exhibit that incorporates Dr. Martin Luther King’s vision of the beloved community”  and archives Phoenix campaign to pass the Martin Luther King Holiday in Phoenix Arizona.

PERMANENT EXHIBITS

You’ll get a sense of what is was like for the Black pioneers and later generations.  Galleries tell of migration of pioneers families, student experiences. sports achievements, military heroes, and the communities religious roots.
